After purchase, you will receive a download link for the printable digital file. You will need to get this file printed either at home or at a print shop yourself.

Please note that we cannot assist with specific technical queries regarding your download. However, you can find some solutions to basic issues in the guide and FAQ below.

Our customers use a wide variety of devices, operating systems, software, and hardware. As such, we are not well equipped to guide each as to the best solution to their particular technical issue. If in doubt, do ask a tech-savvy friend, family member, or coworker to help you!

Here are the steps you need to follow to download and print your printable file!

  1. First off, you’ll need to use a device that can handle downloading files through a link. Your best bet is to use a desktop computer, notebook, or laptop. Please bear in mind that some mobile devices, such as phones and tablets, may not allow you to download this file via the link.
  1. Check your email inbox for the email with the printable download link. If you can’t find it, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact us to resend the link.
  1. Click the download link to start your download.
  1. Once your download has finished, find the file location. If you can’t find it, check your downloads in your browser.
  1. Once you’ve found your file, open it. As all printable files get sent in PDF format, you’ll need a PDF-compatible program to view these files on your device. Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is the best free program to use.
  1. Once you have your file open in Adobe Reader or another program, go to the menu, and select “print” from the options. 
  1. If you don’t have a printer and want to get it printed elsewhere, you can either email the file or the link (or take this file with you on an external hard drive or flash drive) to your local print shop. They will be able to handle the printing from there.

In some cases, we may send a larger printable file as a zipped (.ZIP) file. If your printable file was sent as a compressed .ZIP file, you will need to extract it to access the printable. 

On a Desktop Computer, Notebook, or Laptop: Ensure that you have Winzip or a similar program installed to extract your file. Place the .ZIP file in a new folder named “my printable” or whatever you wish to label it. Then, right-click the .ZIP file and select “Extract Here” from the drop-down menu. Once the file is finished extracting, you should be able to find the PDF file in this folder and open it.

On a Mobile Phone or Tablet: First, ensure you have a suitable app to unzip your file (or your phone is able to do this). FileExplorer Free is a good option. Once you download your printable file to your phone, you should be able to unzip it using this app.
